A better mattress than big name ones costing thousands of dollars. When hopping in you sink into the topper but with good support from the springs underneath. Back and joints feel better in the morning than after sleeping on our old expensive mattress. Would be keen to buy another standalone without the wall bed.

I absolutely love my double Alpha Bed from Wallbeds Australia, which includes a custom-measured side cupboard that's ideal for bedlinen storage during the day and becomes handy bedside shelving at night. When folded away the bed makes my dressing room very spacious and allows my beautiful travertine floor to feature. Charlene was accessible, communicative and helpful throughout the ordering/purchasing/manufacturing/dispatch process. The bed was installed by my cabinetmaker, who added extra wall fixings just to be sure of a super-strong result. Toll were really bad to deal with all through the delivery process, except for the individual driver who was pleasant and helpful. I suggest Wallbeds Australia look into changing couriers for their country deliveries as that experience didn't match the quality of the rest. My tiler (who is also a builder) was so impressed by the bed that he is planning to order one for his own home. Thank you Wallbeds Australia. This significant investment was well worth it. I'll be even more impressed if the springs outlast me!

We LOVE our new bed. There were no issues in setting it up, using the instructions in the box. It's exactly what we wanted, and we've already had friends express interest in where we got it :) You and Kevin were great to do business with.

We decided on a wall bed for our media room for extra guests. We are very happy with our Alpha Queen Combo.

Charlene was a pleasure to deal with and helpful throughout ordering and delivery questions. The transport company were also very easy to deal with and answered all questions re delivery time . some instructions were slightly hard to understand but overall it was completed in 2 days.

The service i received from Wall Beds was fantasic!! Charlene was so helpful and quick to get back to me even over the holiday period, she was great. And i am really happy with my next bed it is amazing!! So comfortable, gives me so much space and was really easy to install. Great company and great product thankyou!! :)

We needed space in our study but also wanted a bed for guest. We went with a Wall Bed - its fantastic! Easy to assembly instructions and being in our sixty's we were a bit concerned that DIY may not be for us. Very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was.

We have had very positive experience with WallBeds Australia. They were helpful, patient, generous with their time and explanations. We ordered the Alpha queen size bed with shelves, drawers and bed side cabinet and we assembled it ourselves. My husband is a good handy man who has all the tools required for a more efficient installation. When we had difficulties putting the springs on to the mechanism we were guided through the process and given encouragement and good hints. We are very proud of this product and that we were able to have done this ourselves. We are more than happy with the result.

We bought the sliding bookcases and bed mechanism in a queen size. Being in Adelaide we were a bit worried about finding a cabinet maker to install the bed and build the bookcases. After one very expensive quote to build the bookcases buy a joinery my husband decided to build it himself. He is wood challenged and is not very handy. However he installed the bed, the instructions were very clear, convinced the guy at Bunning's to cut the wood as per the supplied cut list. He then spent the next two weekends putting it together and it looks great and works well. The instructions provided are very clear and easy to follow, delivery of the bed and the mechanisms was very quick. I now have an extra large sewing room with a queen size bed and lots more storage. Thanks for giving us a lot more space in our apartment. Helen and Peter

What an excellent company to deal with! I had a few issues with my cabinet maker and had to change the bed I ordered. WallBeds Australia staff were so helpful making sure we got the right bed, understood how to install it and their prices were SO competitive. They even spent time after hours personally calling me to make sure everything was OK.

I would highly recommend these guys. If you have any issues they will do absolutely everything to make it an easy experience!!
